Article 1: Definitions

• The General Data Protection Regulation: European Union regulation on information privacy in the EU and EEA.
• Gold Pearl Finance EZ: Gold Pearl Finance EZ, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number KvK-number 99560917.
• Personal Data: Data that can identify someone either directly.
• Third parties: Any natural person or legal entity outside of Gold Pearl Finance EZ with whom we could share personal data.
• Processing: Any action taken on Personal Data, for example collecting, storing, using.
• Client: Any natural person or legal entity that enters into an Agreement with Gold Pearl Finance EZ for the provision of Services.
• Agreement: Any agreement between Gold Pearl Finance EZ and the Client for the provision of Services.
• Services: All forms of financial literacy coaching, training, workshops, (online) programmes, and related services provided by Gold Pearl Finance EZ.

Article 2: Personal Data

2.1 Gold Pearl Finance EZ is committed to the fair use of personal data. Gold Pearl Finance EZ reserves the right to collect any personal data required in order to perform our Services or because you provide this data to us yourself. Listed below is an overview of the Personal Data we may process:

• First and last name
• Address details
• Phone number
• Email address
• Location data
• Other Personal Data that the customer actively provides, e.g., creating a profile on our website or in correspondence and by telephone.

Article 3: Special or Sensitive Personal Data

3.1 Our website and services do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you think that we have collected personal information about a minor without parental or guardian consent, please contact us at contact@goldpearlfinance.com and we will delete this information.

Article 4: Use of Personal Data

4.1 Personal data collected by Gold Pearl Finance EZ may be used for:

• Delivery of Services
• Handling of payment
• Sending correspondence and/or advertising brochures
• Calling or emailing a Client if necessary for the Services
• Informing the Client about changes to Services

Article 5: Retaining Personal Data

5.1 Gold Pearl Finance EZ does not store your Personal Data longer than strictly necessary. Data is kept for the duration of an active Agreement and 365 days after termination for invoice settlement and onboarding purposes.

Article 6: Sharing with Third Parties

6.1 Gold Pearl Finance EZ only shares Personal Data with Third Parties when necessary to execute the Agreement or comply with legal obligations.

Article 7: Cookies

7.1 Gold Pearl Finance EZ does not currently use Cookies of any nature on its website.

Article 8: Your Rights

8.1 You have the right to access, correct, delete your Personal Data, withdraw consent, object to processing, and request data portability. Requests can be sent to contact@goldpearlfinance.com. Please include a redacted copy of your identity document for verification. Responses will be provided within 4 weeks.

Article 9: Security of Personal Data

9.1 Gold Pearl Finance EZ takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. If you suspect misuse, contact us at contact@goldpearlfinance.com.

10.1 Gold Pearl Finance EZ reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. Amendments will be published on the official website and take effect from the publishing date.

10.2 The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided and for informing Gold Pearl of any changes.
